Rough night: Anna-Li has a mean cold and is very congested. So every time she pops her thumb in her mouth while sleeping, she finds herself sputtering and struggling for breath and wakes up crying. We even tried the last resort: bringing her into bed between us, but that solved nothing. Only remaining awake and vertical keeps her breathing clearly. Poor little thing.
